Release 4(3) of Central Park at Westwood released next weekend, with Villa House & Land Packages priced from just $307,000 - $335,000 AND bonus extras with the Westwood Advantage!
Release 4(3) is located in Mansfield Park, within the new Central Park area of the award-winning Westwood community and is named after the feature linear reserve, which runs through the last of the five suburbs to be rejuvenated at Westwood.
The release is already proving popular with previous releases in Central Park seeing nearly all of the available allotments snapped up in the first hour.
Westwood is conveniently located in an established area, only 15 minutes drive from the city and 10 minutes drive from the beach. Centro Arndale shopping centre, schools, Regency TAFE and childcare centres are only a stone’s throw away.
The award-winning project, which commenced in 1999, has seen the physical transformation of five adjoining suburbs of Angle Park, Athol Park, Ferryden Park, Mansfield Park and Woodville Gardens, north-west of Adelaide’s CBD.
"Central Park has proven to be one of our most popular Westwood releases. It is our greenest, with the signature ‘Central Park’ green parklands linking the Community Centre with the shops of Hanson Rd via an 800m hike and bike trail," Chris Menz, Project Director said.
"The development includes a significant amount of parklands with pathways, playgrounds for the kids, cycle paths and plenty of places to relax under established trees. We’ve also been making several changes to the local roads layout so we can better utilise this open space and offer more housing options.
Central Park Release 4 includes a diverse mix of allotments suitable for villa, super villa and courtyard homes, with house and land packages ranging from $307,000 to approximately $500,000.
Westwood continues to offer its Westwood Advantage package, which offers all purchasers, including investors, up to $19,000 towards landscaping, fencing, paving, stormwater drainage and security system, at no additional cost, when buying a house and land package at Westwood.
Westwood is an $800 million joint project between Urban Pacific Limited and Housing SA in cooperation with the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and City of Charles Sturt.
Westwood initially was due for completion in 2014 but is now expected to be finished in 2011 due to the high demand for inner-suburban residential land over the past decade.
In 2005 the Westwood project was voted Australia’s Best Urban Renewal Project at the National UDIA Awards for Excellence.
